Resume/CV and LinkedIn profile for a summary of my professional career.
I currently manage a team of designers, physical and digital modelers developing both future interior strategy as well as production interior programs. I work daily with a focused group of interdisciplinary colleagues across HMI, U/X, engineering and human factors to develop strategic designs and research plans to inform future product cycles.
Prior I was a Design Manager on the 2015 Mustang™interior, in fact, I’ve been very lucky to be entrusted as a curator of America’s iconic Mustang brand in five consecutive model cycles- the 2005 Mustang™, the 2010 Mustang™ and Shelby™ GT500™, the 2012 BOSS 302™, the 2013 Mustang™, and finally the all-new 2015 Mustang™ . In between I also worked on several Mustang™ show and charity auction vehicles, and various other Lincoln™, Mercury™ and Ford ™products.
I was born in Southern California, the nucleus of car culture. Rumbling around our Santa Ana garage through our 1950 Chevy™ truck, 1937 Oldsmobile™ Business Coupe, and 1938 Chevy™ panel delivery probably had some early influence on my career choice, but a move to the manufacturing Midwest and a family that fully supported the arts and sciences solidified my future in Industrial Design and later more specifically, Transportation Design.
In my ‘spare’ time, I like creating the perception that I work on old cars with my old Ford hot rod, vintage Mustang, and MKI Audi TT. I still make time to sketch every day.
